CLARK FREEPORT — Vice Governor Joseller Guiao vowed over the weekend to unite the cities of Angeles and Mabalacat and the town of Magalang by legislating laws that will equally benefit constituents of Pampanga’s first district.

Guiao, the champion coach of Rain or Shine, is seeking the post of the district and will tangle out the lone congressional seat with former Angeles City Mayor Francis Nepomuceno.
