OVER a hundred families who lost their homes in Sitio Magtinabangay, Barangay Tisa last Saturday appealed for help so they can rebuild before Christmas.

They appealed that the assistance from the Cebu City Government be released immediately, because they don’t want their families to spend Christmas and New Year without a roof over their heads.
