CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — The Committee on Environment’s Technical Working Group (TWG) tasked to come up with a comprehensive environmental ordinance is set to finalize the provisions of the proposed law in January.

This as the TWG, composed of representatives from government and non- government agencies, met over the weekend to draw more inputs on the ordinance at the Pampanga Provincial Board Session Hall.
