CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) regional office cited Monday Governor Lilia Pineda as “The Most Supportive Local Chief Executive Officer” in Central Luzon.

During the traditional Monday flag raising ceremonies at Capitol, DSWD regional administrator Maribel Blanco handed over to Pineda the award, plus another plaque of recognition to Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office chief Beth Baybayin for being the outstanding social welfare officer in the region.
