CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — The city council here failed to muster the necessary quorum over the previous week’s session, which includes in the agenda the request of a councilor for the 2012 financial statements of the 4th City Council.

Some few weeks back, councilor and vice-mayor wannabe Jimmy Lazatin requested for the Office of the City Accountant to make public the 2012 financial statements of the City Council.
