CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — A local legislator said equal protection should be given to Kapampangan fishermen in coastal towns, like those in neighboring provinces that are protected by an ordinance involving fishing regulation.

Fourth district Board Member Nestor Tolentino, also the concurrent chairman of the Committee on Environment, said this can only be attained with the approval of the proposed Provincial Environmental Code.
